CallConnect247 is not just a call centre — it’s a smarter, interoperable, and proactive digital safety net for local authorities, housing providers and care partners.
How It Works
Every alert or trigger
is captured through UMOx – our equipment-neutral monitoring platform – and analysed through ALICE.
Our operators see the full picture: device data, call history, risk scores and personal notes, allowing faster, more informed decisions.
ALICE detects patterns
and predicts risk
– highlighting changes
in behaviour or increased call frequency that may indicate declining wellbeing.
Commissioners receive automated reports with recommendations for preventative intervention and service improvement.
All emergency calls are handled by highly trained ARC operators using personalised response protocols and TSA
decision tools.
