Care Technology Provider Alcove have launched our clinically-led 24/7 Monitoring and Response service, “CallConnect247”, for commissioners and private customers. After 10 years of delivering care technology to over 20,000 older people and those with disabilities.

Our end-to-end digital technology-enabled service features a proactive, data-led Alarm Receiving Centre and a Mobile Response Service with Falls Lifting service.

 (Falls Lifting Service available only in areas where Council is funding)

Alcove are accredited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA) and work to the standards of the TSA Quality Standards Framework

CallConnect247 use automated calling and AI algorithms to maximise our resourcing, and enable our dedicated call handlers to spend their time on the calls that really need their expertise and skills to get the right outcome as quickly as possible. This allows CallConnect247 to deliver the follow-up and onward referrals necessary to ensure our service users receive a holistic, personalised service that meets both real time and future needs.

Our Mobile Response and Falls Lifting Service (in areas where a locality has been commissioned by the Local Authority or ICB) is available 24/7 meaning our trained responders can be dispatched to provide a face to face visit for service users whom may not have family or carers living close by. At present we are providing this service to over 3,000 users.

Mobile Responder Service

Our Responders are trained to provide a safe lifting service for individuals who have experienced a non-injurious fall: to provide emergency technical support for faulty alarm systems, to carry out basic first aid and assessment of need.  

Our average response time is under 45 minutes, ensuring a swift and effective response and reducing the need for an Ambulance or Emergency services.
